How do I return item(s) for a refund?Updated 3 years ago
Your satisfaction is important to us, so we offer you 30-days for Returns & Exchanges:
– In order for you to qualify for a return & refund or exchange, your product(s) must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
– Inform us of your return by heading over to our Contact Form.
– Once we've processed and approved your return, we will proceed with your choice of the following:
1. Refund to your original payment method
2. Store credit
3. Exchange for a new product
– Once your refund is issued it generally take between 1-5 business days to post to your bank account.
