del-IMMUNE V® has a much greater propensity to provide immune system support compared to delPRO™ alone, but also works efficiently to balance and heal the gut microbiome just as delPRO™ does. 

The main difference in composition between the two is that delPRO™ contains live cells, whereas del-IMMUNE V® does not contain live cells.
